Sony to stop selling games for the PSP on the PS Store in Japan next year
Buy while you still can
Sony has announced that it will no longer be selling software for the PSP in the PlayStation Store in Japan next year.
According to Inside Games, along with the the UMD Passport service, software won't be available through the online store for the handheld console from March 31st, 2016.
Luckily, any software for the PSP you've already purchased will still be downloadable after that date.
You'll also still be able to transfer any PSP software you own to your PS Vita, PS3, PC, or mobile.
Update: To clarify, Sony is only shutting down the PSP storefront so you should be able to purchase PSP games for other PlayStation platforms. Kotaku
