2018 has been a long, long year in many respects, but it's almost over. Now is the time to put your feet up, have a nice hot drink, and spend time with your friends and family (or at the very least with your favourite games and movies).
So we here at Pocket Gamer want to wish you a Merry Christmas, and a Happy Holidays to those who don't celebrate Christmas. We'll be taking some time off over the next week to recharge our batteries, and we'll see you at the start of 2019 for more news, reviews, tips, and features on the biggest and best Android, iOS, and Switch games. And maybe some 3DS and Vita titles if we're feeling like it.
But don't run away just yet! We'll still have stuff going up over the next week, with each of the writers taking their turn to highlight their favourite games of 2018. We'll also be looking back at some of the biggest moments of the year, and having a peek at what the future has in store for mobile and Switch gaming.
