The first-person psychological horror, Grave VR, finally releases on Vive
Light your way in the darkest of times
After a bit of a wait and then a little delay, Grave VR is now available for you to buy on Vive. If you're one of the lucky few who own a headset, and are partial to a touch of horror, you're going to want to invest in this one.
Grave VR is a first person horror/survival experience in which you're thrown out in the arse-end of nowhere and have to survive the night without any form of weapon and an inconsistent selection of light sources – from matches to torches to shoddy generators. You don't have to wait too long to see what hunts you in the dark.
You'll be sick of my posts about Grave VR by now but the reason I like it is because it's clever. There are definitely terrifying parts within the game but none of them are cheap or needless – there aren't any pointless jumpscares just for effect. The VR element makes it especially immersive as you try and think your way out of a really terrible situation…and one I hope never to actually be in.
If you've got a Vive headset, grab the game here on Steam for £14.99 and happy Halloween.
