Fishing Clash adds Arena game mode to heat up clan competitions in latest update
- Go head-to-head in real-time with rival clans in the new Arena mode
- Earn Arena Points to boost your clans ranking
- Hone a new rod that will give you an edge during each contest
Ten Square Games has announced a new update for Fishing Clash, offering a fresh game mode you can dive into within the fishing sim. In particular, the Arena will quench your thirst for competition as you team up with your clanmates and go head-to-head in real-time with rival clans for the ultimate bragging rights.
In the latest update within Fishing Clash, you can look forward to clearing assigned tasks with your fellow clan members throughout the week while improving your rods and skills at the same time. Once the Arena kicks off, you can then put your fishing prowess to the test and try to earn as many Arena Points as you can depending on the fish caught. The added time limit raises the stakes for everyone involved, and by the end of the final match, your clan's ranking will be determined based on points acquired.
To spice things up a little, there are specific rules that you'll need to follow in the Arena, whether it's the limited total number of fish or the exclusive fishing spots. You'll need to hone a new rod that will cater specifically to the type of challenge in the Arena, adding a layer of strategy as to which fish you need to aim for first. Do you go for the more common fish given how easy they are to catch, or do you aim for the rarer and more elusive fish to rake in more points?
"We want Fishing Clash to be a place where anyone interested in fishing can find their space among like-minded individuals and take a break from the challenges of everyday life. Our latest feature - the Arena - gives players that sense of community and provides an additional competitive sports element that our players love," says Krzysztof ?wist, Product Owner of Fishing Clash.
Of course, if all that sounds like something you'd love to sink your teeth into, you can head on over to the Fishing Clash official website to learn more!
