Reverse: 1999's drama-filled exploration of the world isn't set to end any time soon. In part 2 of their Viennese Vacation, you'll meet a whole new arcanist and discover their story. E Lucevan Le Stelle is live as of the time of writing, so be sure to jump in and find out what this new update has in store!
Reverse: 1999's version 2.7 update brought players to the fabulous historical city of Vienna, where they met spirit medium opera singer Isolde. In part two you'll instead be meeting withdrawn bookworm Marcus, a new six-star arcanist that will debut in their own banner.
The Tall Lighthouse, Marcus' new story event, will explore this new character's backstory. Meanwhile, new events are set to debut, including sign-in rewards and the new UTTU Spotlight Edition mode. Naturally, Marcus will also be getting a rate-up banner, debuting alongside the arcanist.
One thing you have to give Reverse: 1999 is that it has a surprisingly globe-trotting type of setting. The introduction of time travel usually sends the story of any game spiralling out of control, but Reverse seems to deal with it in a very laissez-faire way, and that allows for visits to some truly new times in history we don't often see explored in games.
If you want to get started with Reverse: 1999 then don't miss our guides to get you started. Our constantly updated Reverse: 1999 tier list is sure to provide all the necessary context for which arcanists you should grab and which you should discard.
