How to reroll traits in Anime Crossover Defense
Once you are in the game lobby, head towards the laboratory. It's impossible to miss the NPC with the huge "Traits" title above its head. All you have to do is interact with it.
Keep in mind that each roll goes for about 5 crystal helixes, quite expensive, especially if you are a new player. Also, it's important to know that once you perform a reroll on the same character, the old trait will be replaced.
