Mobile Legends: Bang Bang three things to know about the popular MOBA
A mobile-oriented battle
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is a red hot MOBA that is made exclusively for mobile. In fact, it takes pride in being one of the only, mobile-specific games for the genre, hence the name "Mobile" Legends. Since its release, it has been downloaded millions of times, is super popular on Facebook Gaming, and it was one of our Pocket Gamer Awards nominees.
Two teams will battle it out in matches that can go fairly quickly. You can kill enemies and destroy turrets on your way to the goal. Your aim is to destroy a large contraption that will defend itself when you get near. It will take several hits to destroy, but once you do, victory is yours.
In some ways, I guess you can say that it plays a bit like Clash Royale, where your goal to destroy castles and collect the most crowns. The difference is that in ML, you move around and blast enemies yourself. Clash Royale utilizes cards for your attacks. But, aside from what we just mentioned, here are a few more things you should know about Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
It's Pretty Straightforward
MOBA's can be pretty confusing to understand for new players. All of the things going on along with the goals needed might take time to get used to. However, in Mobile Legends, it's pretty straightforward and easier to understand, right from the jump.
You're basically going to just destroy the large machine on the enemy side as we talked about. Players on the opposing side will prevent you from doing so as well as turrets that are set up for each team. It's a classic game of "defend your turf", so to speak.
There's a quick and smooth recharge period for each weapon and ability you use. So, it won't take you long to be able to use those abilities again. Your primary weapon will always be usable, but there are other abilities that can deal a certain amount of damage as well.
There Are Heroes to Unlock
As you play along, you will have the ability to unlock different heroes in Mobile Legends. Each one has its own special abilities, so there's a nice variety. Anytime you can give yourself some options in a game like that is mostly a good thing.
From sorcerers to melee heroes and others in between, there are many unique characters. They all have different styles and personalities. Some characters might even be easier to use for newer players to use, so there's a nice balance their too.
Some characters have abilities that are more AoE while others require more close combat. You can experiment and see which ones you think fit your style best. It's fun to play around with different characters and seeing their respective abilities.
You Can Use Different Builds
One thing that is always pretty cool is some good, solid, customization. In Mobile Legends, you not only have a chunky amount of heroes to choose from, but you can also carry a few builds. Each character will have its own set of builds, and you can customize these.
The builds are essentially your list of attacks, which you'll see on-screen during matches. You can tweak these as you unlock new abilities. Then, before game time, you can choose which build you would like to use out on the battlefield.
Think of it like loadouts if you play games like Call of Duty: Mobile, Critical Ops, or Armajet. These builds operate almost exactly like that, except you're using things like magic instead. It's a fun way to really change the way you play each game.
