The Machines Arena Play 2 Airdrop Event offers fans new opportunities to earn $TMA Tokens
Directive Games has just kicked off an 8-week Play 2 Airdrop event for the fast-paced, top-down shooter, The Machines Arena, bringing the fans more reasons to compete in its PvP & PvE arena battles, mine for exclusive in-game assets, and opportunities to unlock $TMA tokens by earning P2A points.
The Play 2 Airdrop event will present PC and Android users with new quest opportunities that challenge them to complete in-game and outside game tasks as a team, with points awarded for individual and team efforts.
A crucial step towards maximising your rewards and boosting your ranking during the event will be to play at least 20 matches - an easy enough task to do given the constant, high-octane pace of TMA’s gameplay and the variety of maps and game modes it has to offer.
You’ll also want to give consideration to Minting the in-game assets you own and hold, such as skins and familiars, as these will yield significant point bonuses for your team.
The most important feature you’ll want to take advantage of however is TMA’s VIP system. By becoming a VIP, you’ll gain access to exclusive point sources, such as the Sponsor System where point totals can be doubled for individual members and their sponsors. You’ll also be rewarded with an enhanced individual leaderboard ranking, which will further contribute to your overall team score.
The ultimate reward for accumulating points and improving your ranking on the P2A leaderboard is to boost the potential amount of $TMA tokens you can receive during the upcoming Token Generation Event (TGE). This is where being a VIP factors in once again as only VIP members will be eligible to receive tokens during the TGE.
Powered by the Ronin Network, The Machines Arena is rapidly amassing a following of loyal fans thanks to the high-octane nature of its four-vs-four team based combat and unique game modes, including Death Run - a player-versus-environment mode that offer a true test of individual skill - and Pushback - where two teams must fight to push a cart into the opposing team’s base.
With several more game modes (Detonation and Skirmish) promised in the near future, and the Play 2 Airdrop event already underway, The Machines Arena is easily one of the most exciting shooters in the Crypto space right now. A distinction that the developers are of course very proud to acknowledge.
“This is a huge milestone for Directive Games, our team, and the amazing community we've been building The Machines Arena for on the Ronin Network,” said Kent Byers, Chief Product Officer. “This is not the finish line—there's so much more we want to do and deliver. But it definitely marks an important step where both our existing and new players can dive into TMA, earn new rewards, and enjoy some high-stakes competition.”
”“Personally, I view this as reaching the best of both worlds,” said Kristján Einar Kristjánsson, Marketing Director at Directive Games. “Adding the incentives that Web3 gaming has to offer to a game that is already proven as a team-based PVP multiplayer in a competitive sense makes this the gaming experience I have been looking for. We have been working closely with the community to bring in the features that players want, building the game users want to play, bear or bull.”
